Update Teacher Contact Details

It is important that the BCE system contains accurate Teacher Contact Details related to every excursions, so attractions can communicate with Teachers efficiently, and so Teachers receive important communications from the BCE system.

Teacher contact details must include:

  • Full name

  • email address

  • mobile phone number.

As a Tour Organiser

  1. Click Manage Bookings in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Locate the Booking associated with the Trip you want to update.

    • You may use the filter tool to search by Trip ID, school name, date range, or booking status.

  3. Click the Vertical Ellipsis [⋮] related to a relevant Booking.

  4. Select Edit Lead Teacher Contact Details from the dropdown menu.

  5. Update the Teacher’s name, email address, and mobile number in the popup window.

  6. Click Update to save the changes.
