# Update Teacher Contact Details

It is important that the BCE system contains accurate **Teacher Contact Details** related to every excursions, so attractions can communicate with Teachers efficiently, and so Teachers receive important communications from the BCE system.

Teacher contact details must include:

- Full name
- email address
- mobile phone number.

#### **As a Tour Organiser**

1. Click **Manage Bookings** in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Locate the Booking associated with the Trip you want to update.
   
     - You may use the filter tool to search by Trip ID, school name, date range, or booking status.
3. Click the **Vertical Ellipsis \[⋮\] **related to a relevant Booking.
4. Select **Edit Lead Teacher Contact Details** from the dropdown menu.
5. Update the Teacher’s **name**, **email address**, and **mobile number** in the popup window.
6. Click **Update** to save the changes.
