How to Update Booking Participant Numbers
As your Trip planning progresses, you may receive more accurate participant numbers from a school or group.
Keeping the BCE system up-to-date ensures Attractions have access to correct information and can prepare appropriately.

Follow these steps:
- Locate the Booking: Go to the Manage Bookings tab and find the Booking you wish to update.
- Use filters if needed to quickly locate the correct Booking.
- Open the Update Menu: Click the Vertical Ellipsis [⋮] on the right side of the Booking row.
- Select Update Participant Numbers from the list of actions.
- Enter Updated Numbers: A popup window will appear.
- Enter the updated number of Booking participants.
- Save Your Changes: Click Update Booking to confirm your changes.
- The Booking will update immediately, and the relevant Attraction will be able to see the new participant numbers.
Important Note:
If it is too close to the booking date, or a booking has been Confirmed, you will not be able to update participant numbers through the BCE system.
In this case, you must contact the Attraction directly so they can update numbers for you.
