Troubleshooting Login Issues
Having trouble logging in? Try these steps:
If you're unable to log into your Book Canberra Excursions account, try following the steps below:
1. Check your email address and Password:

Make sure you’re entering both correctly.

Check for spelling errors or typos.
- Confirm you’re using the email address associated with your account.
- Ensure your Password uses the correct letter case, as Passwords are case-sensitive.
2. Reset Your Password
If you're unsure about your Password, try resetting it.

Select Forgot your Password? on the login page.

You will receive an email with a link to change your Password.

If you receive an error while attempting to reset your Password:
- Your organisation’s IT department may be blocking access.
- The BCE system may be down.
3. Check Whether the Book Canberra Excursions Website Is Working
You can confirm whether the BCE system is functioning by:

Going to the Book Canberra Excursions homepage.

Clicking a National Attraction logo.

You should be taken to a page containing more information about that Attraction.
If the page does not load:
- Your organisation’s IT department may be blocking access.
- The BCE system may be down.
4. Confirm Your Account Is Active
Check with your organisation’s Owner to ensure your Book Canberra Excursions account is active.
They can confirm this through the User Management screen inside the BCE platform.
5. Contact Support
