The BCE system allows you to customise how and when you receive notifications.
Through the Notification Settings panel, you can choose which Notification Types you want to receive, and whether they are delivered in-app, by email, or both.
Accessing Notification Settings

Open the Notifications tray by clicking the Notifications icon in the left navigation menu.

Select Settings in the top-right corner of the tray.

This will open the Notification Settings panel.
Updating Notification Settings
You can select how you would like Notifications to be delivered in relation to different events.
You can receive email Notifications, in-app Notifications, or both.
Individual Notification Types
You can turn Individual Notification Types on or off, based on your needs.
To update the settings, toggle each Notification type on or off to update your preferences.
Email Notification Address
Additionally, BCE allows you to set an alternative Email Notification Address, separate from your BCE login email address.
This is useful for organisations that prefer to use a shared inbox to manage Bookings.
BCE will only send 1 email per Notification event (even if multiple Users share the same email address) to avoid duplicate notifications.
Saving Your Changes
Once you have finished updating your preferences click Save to apply the changes.
