# How to Submit a Draft Booking Attached to an Existing Trip

Follow the steps below to **Submit a Draft Booking attached to an existing Trip.**

**Steps:**

1. **Locate the Trip:** Go to the **Plan a Trip** tab in the left navigation column, then find the Trip with 1 or more Draft Bookings attached to it, under the **Draft Trips** heading.

2. **Open the 'Draft Trip':** Click the **Arrow** \[\>\] on the right side of the Trip row.
3. In the example below you can see there are 3 Bookings in total.  
   1 is Confirmed, 1 is Approved, and the 3rd is a Draft Booking.
4. Click the **Next** button near the top of the right navigation column.

5. Update the **Lead Excursion Teacher Contact Details** if required.  
   Then tick the checkbox above the **Book Now** button.

6. Click **Book Now** to submit the Trip

You can also add new Bookings and submit it along with Draft Booking.
