How to Reschedule a Booking
If you want to change the date or time of a Booking reschedule it from the Manage Bookings page.
Follow the steps below to Reschedule a Booking to a new timeslot.
Steps:
- Locate the Booking: Go to the Manage Bookings tab and find the Booking you want to reschedule.
- You can use filters to search by TripID, school name, date range or Booking status.
- Open the Reschedule Option: Click the Vertical Ellipsis [⋮] on the right side of the Booking row.
- Select Reschedule Booking.
- View Available Sessions: A popup window will appear showing alternative timeslots.
- If you want to reschedule to a different date use the date dropdown at the top to select another day.
- Select a New Timeslot: Choose the new timeslot you want to assign the Booking to.
- Confirm the Change: After selecting your new timeslot you will be prompted to confirm the rescheduling action.
- Booking Updated: Once confirmed, the Booking will update automatically and will display new date and/or time information.
