# How to Reschedule a Booking

If you want to change the date or time of a Booking reschedule it from the Manage Bookings page.

Follow the steps below to **Reschedule a Booking** to a new timeslot.

**Steps:**

1. **Locate the Booking:** Go to the **Manage Bookings** tab and find the Booking you want to reschedule. 
     - You can use filters to search by TripID, school name, date range or Booking status.
2. **Open the Reschedule Option:** Click the **Vertical Ellipsis \[⋮\]** on the right side of the Booking row.
3. Select **Reschedule Booking**.
4. **View Available Sessions:** A popup window will appear showing **alternative timeslots**. 
     1. If you want to reschedule to a different date use the **date dropdown at the top** to select another day.
5. **Select a New Timeslot:** Choose the new timeslot you want to assign the Booking to.
6. **Confirm the Change:**  After selecting your new timeslot you will be prompted to **confirm** the rescheduling action.
7. **Booking Updated:** Once confirmed, the Booking will update automatically and will display **new date and/or time** information.
