How to Reschedule a Booking

If you want to change the date or time of a Booking reschedule it from the Manage Bookings page.

Follow the steps below to Reschedule a Booking to a new timeslot.

 

Steps:

  1. Locate the Booking: Go to the Manage Bookings tab and find the Booking you want to reschedule.
    • You can use filters to search by TripID, school name, date range or Booking status.
  2. Open the Reschedule Option: Click the Vertical Ellipsis [⋮] on the right side of the Booking row.
  3. Select Reschedule Booking.
  4. View Available Sessions: A popup window will appear showing alternative timeslots.
    1. If you want to reschedule to a different date use the date dropdown at the top to select another day.
  5. Select a New Timeslot: Choose the new timeslot you want to assign the Booking to.
  6. Confirm the Change:  After selecting your new timeslot you will be prompted to confirm the rescheduling action.
  7. Booking Updated: Once confirmed, the Booking will update automatically and will display new date and/or time information.
