How to Join a Waitlist

Some Attractions offer a Waitlist when no available sessions match preferred dates or times.

If you Join a Waitlist an Attraction can consider your request if a session becomes available.

Before Joining a Waitlist

• You can only Join a Waitlist when no suitable sessions are available for a date and time you want to book.

• Remember to keep Waitlisted Bookings up-to-date, and Cancel any you no longer require.

Joining a Waitlist

When you select the option to join a Waitlist, a popup window will appear containing basic information about the program.

This window allows you to specify your booking requirements and flexibility.

Information You Must Provide

• Number of Students: Enter the number of Students you want included in the Waitlisted Booking.
• Flexibility Options – Choose 1 of the following:

• • Exactly This Time
    Select this option if your booking must occur at the specific time you originally requested.

  • Starting Any Time Between
    Allows you to provide a range of acceptable start times – an Attraction may offer any time within that window.

  • Any Time on This Day
    Choose this option if you have no time restrictions for the Booking and can accept any available session time on that day.

  • Comments: Include the total number of Students for the entire Trip so the Attraction has full visibility of your group size.

Submitting Your Waitlist Request

After entering the required details:

1. Review your information.

2. Click Join Waiting List to submit your Waitlisted Booking.

Your request will now appear in your list of bookings with a Waitlisted status.

If a session becomes available an Attraction may Approve a Booking automatically, or contact you directly.
