How to Cancel a Booking

If you no longer require a Booking you can Cancel it, provided it meets the cancellation conditions.

 

Follow these steps: 

  1. Open Manage Bookings:  Select Manage Bookings from the left sidebar.
    • Use the filters if needed to locate the booking you want to cancel.
  2. Open the Cancellation Menu: Once you’ve found the booking, click the Vertical Ellipsis [⋮] on the right side of the Booking row.
  3. From the menu, select Cancel Booking.
    Note: If you do not see Cancel Booking as an option, the Booking cannot be cancelled through the BCE system (see note below).
  4. Provide a Cancellation Reason: A popup window will appear asking you to enter a reason for cancellation.
    • Type the reason into the text field.
  5. Confirm the Cancellation: Click Cancel Booking to confirm the cancellation.
    • The Booking will be cancelled immediately, and the relevant Attraction will be notified.

Important Notes

  • Bookings that are too close to their start date, or are Approved or Confirmed, cannot be cancelled through the BCE system.

  • If cancellation is not available in the menu, you must contact an Attraction directly to request a cancellation.
