# How to Automate Program Date Extensions or select an Expiry Date

*\*This is only able to be performed by a user with an Attraction 'Owner' or 'Admin' role.* 

1. Click **Manage Bookings**.
2. Select the **Programs** Tab.
3. Under the **Levels** heading and the **Dates offered** subheading there is an 'Auto extends' tickbox.  
   When this is selected the **To** date extends by 1 month on the 1st of every month.   
   This repeats on the 1st of every month.

4. If you want to end a Program's availability you must select an **Expiry Date**.  
   (Note, this is located up the top of a **Program**.)
