# Export a Runsheet

### ** Exporting a Runsheet**

The Dashboard also allows you to **Export a Runsheet** based on a selected date range.

This export can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file.

1. On the **top-left corner of the Dashboard**, click **Runsheet**.
2. A popup window will appear.
3. In this window, you can choose:
   
     - The **date range** you want to export.
     - The **programs** you want included in the **Runsheet**.
     - Whether to include additional information such as:
       
           - Accessibility Considerations.
           - Other Bookings happening at the same time.
           - Presenter information.
4. After selecting your options export the **Runsheet** as a **PDF** or **XLSX** file.
